Return Policy

 

Vizit™ offers a 30-day trial version of our software to enable prospective customers an opportunity to adequately assess the value of our products prior to purchase. If the 30-day trial period is not sufficient for a prospective customer to evaluate the software you may request an extension via support@vizit.com. Extensions are granted on a case by case basis and it is Vizit’s intent to provide all prospective customers a satisfactory period to evaluate our solutions. Vizit™ does not offer refunds once an order is placed and a permanent activation code is sent to the customer. For this reason Vizit™ also requires that customer purchase an annual support agreement with each license. This ensures customers who continue to need support beyond the evaluation period have access to support resources.

 

Warranty

 

Vizit™ software products are provided “As Is” without warranty. For additional information on Vizit’s warranty policy please see the Vizit™ End User License Agreement, Section 9.
