Return Policy


Vizit™ offers a 30-day trial version of our software to enable prospective customers an opportunity to adequately assess the value of our products prior to purchase. If the 30-day trial period is not sufficient for a prospective customer to evaluate the software you may request an extension via Extensions are granted on a case by case basis and it is Vizit’s intent to provide all prospective customers a satisfactory period to evaluate our solutions. Vizit™ does not offer refunds once an order is placed and a permanent activation code is sent to the customer. For this reason Vizit™ also requires that customer purchase an annual support agreement with each license. This ensures customers who continue to need support beyond the evaluation period have access to support resources.




Vizit™ software products are provided “As Is” without warranty. For additional information on Vizit’s warranty policy please see the Vizit™ End User License Agreement, Section 9.
